Terms and Conditions

  • Rates are quoted in US Dollars
  • Quoted rates are included taxes
  • Credit card details are required to guarantee the booking and the payment will be settled up on check-in
  • Check-in time is from 14.00hrs and check-out till 12.00hrs
  • Children under 5 years old can share an existing bed parents for free of charge, 5 - 11 years old can share an existing bed with parents with additional charge of USD 15.00 per night, and the extra bed will cost at USD 30.00 per night per extra bed. 
  • Your bill will be settled in US Dollars

  • If there would be any cancellation, please advise us at least 14 days prior to your arrival. Any cancellation made less than 14days will be charged 50% of total room reserved, and less than 7 days or No-Show will be charged for full room reserved.

  • The hotel reserves the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that reservations contain or resulted from a mistake or error
  • After processing your room reservation, please make sure that your booking status shown as '' completed'' , if not then your booking is not successfully completed. The hotel will not responsible for uncompleted reservation.
